GSIS SNU invites applications for one full-time, open rank, and tenure track position in the following disciplines:

– Area Studies ( Europe )

– Korean Studies

 

GSIS seeks international scholars (non-Korean citizens) with outstanding research and teaching credentials who will play an integral role in the development, growth, and diversity of their respective programs.

 

The Times of London ranked SNU 47th among the world’s best universities in 2009. SNU aims to become one of the top ten universities by 2025. SNU is comprised of 16 colleges, one graduate school of arts and sciences, and six professional graduate schools, with a total enrollment of 27,973 students. The full-time faculty of 1,975 professors offers more than 83 undergraduate and 98 graduate programs including 27 interdisciplinary programs. SNU also includes 65 research institutes and 47 national government supported research centers.

 

GSIS has played a pivotal role in enhancing global educational environment of SNU by offering all courses in English or pertinent local languages.
