Cfp, British Association for Korean Studies
The journal of the Association, Papers of the British Association for Korean Studies [BAKS Papers], is a fully peer-reviewed, on-line journal. The journal has been published in hard-copy format since 1991 containing both conference and symposium papers, and submitted manuscripts. There have been 14 volumes since the inception of the journal and from Volume 14 (2012), Papers has become an on-line journal available only by password through the Association’s website.
The journal accepts manuscripts for articles within any area of the arts, humanities, and social sciences which examine Korea in either contemporary or historical times. Submissions that include a comparative discussion of issues in other East Asian nations are welcome. Guidelines for submission of manuscripts may be found on the Association’s website at www.baks.org.uk.
All submissions or correspondence should be addressed to the Editor, Emeritus Professor James H. Grayson at bakspapers@baks.org.uk. The Association intends the results of the review process should be known within two months. The submission date for manuscripts for BAKS 15 (2013) is 31 March, 2013.
